As subject matter experts in information technology, our firm typically is engaged by and represents the Owner or General Contractor to perform the following tasks:

    • Develop a definition of the project (in conjunction with project steering board and sponsors)

    • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard

    • Ensure the project is effectively resourced and manage relationships with a wide range of groups

    • Manage the work of consultants, allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a cooperative, motivated and successful team

    • Manage risks and ensure timely containment of issues

    • Create detailed project planning and controls, set project review team meeting agendas

    • Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan

    • Resolve cross-functional issues at project level

    • Manage project scope and change control-escalate issues where necessary. Monitor project progress and performance. Provide status reports to the project sponsor

    • Liaison with, and update progress to, project steering board/senior management

    • Manage project evaluation and dissemination activities

    • Manage consultancy input within the defined budget

    • Work closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs

    • Define and manage any User Acceptance Testing program

    • Identify user training needs and devise and manage user training programs
