Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
Airport Operations/Emergency Operations Center
In 2016, Intellient was contracted for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) Airport Emergency Operations Center (AEOC) project. The AEOC was designed to support everyday operations for the airport and provide an emergency operation center for incident management.
Intellient was responsible for all technology and special systems design, project construction management, systems implementation, and commissioning. Mid-way through the project, Intellient was requested to manage all final general construction aspects of the project through a successful substantial completion.
Project Details
The Airport Emergency Operations Center (AEOC) project consisted of a single one-story building that was designed to include a command center, airport emergency operations center, and open office space and conference rooms. The construction totaled 9,500 square feet.
